Reflection of my Business e-mail

This entry is about the mistakes I did in my email, and why i was doing that. 

I did a lot of mistakes, in the first part i wrote "Writting" instead "writing". I used a wrong word in "properly", I can change to "properly" and it will be ok. Other mistake was trying to translate expressions from spanish, because often they don't have coherence in english. The most difficult part was say things in a polite way, but trying to go straigth to the point.

In grammar I did a mistake with "another", because I was talking about activities (plural), and another is for singular.
